Praline Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
– 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
– 425 g canned pumpkin puree
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 cup evaporated milk
– 3 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– ½ teaspoon ground ginger
– ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1 cup chopped pecans

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Combine until smooth.
3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pie crust.
4. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the top of the pie filling.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C, then reduce the temperature to 175°C and bake for an additional 40 minutes or until the filling is set.
