Ingredients
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Method
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom of serving bowls.
3. Sprinkle rolled oats on top of the yogurt layer.
4. Add mixed berries, banana slices, chia seeds, and granola on top.
5. Finish by topping with chopped almonds and coconut flakes.
