Ingredients
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

Method
1. Start by melting butter in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes and corn. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.
5. Mix in milk, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, then serve with fresh parsley on top.
