Ingredients
1 kg pork roast
15 ml olive oil
5 ml salt
5 ml black pepper
10 ml garlic powder
10 ml onion powder
15 ml dried thyme
250 ml chicken broth
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, chopped

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Rub the pork roast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
3. Place the roast in a roasting pan and add chicken broth, onion, and carrots around it.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C.
