Ingredients

– 1 kg pork ribs
– 2 cups water

– 1 cup diced potatoes
– 1 cup carrots, chopped
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Begin by heating vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until softened.
3. Place the pork ribs in the pot and brown them on all sides for 6 to 8 minutes.
4. Pour in the tomato sauce and water, then add the soy sauce, potatoes, carrots, and salt. Stir everything together.
5. Cover and let it simmer for about 1 hour until the pork is tender.
