Ingredients
– 1 cup of cooked, shredded chicken
– 1 cup of sour cream
– 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup of cooked rice
– 1 cup of shredded cheese
– ¼ cup of poppy seeds
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon of onion powder
– 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cooked rice, half the cheese, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
