Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1 packet instant yeast (about 7g)
– 3/4 cup warm water (about 40°C)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 cup pizza sauce
– 2 cups shredded cheese
– 1 cup sliced pepperoni
– 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Method
1. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and place it on a baking tray.
5. Spread pizza sauce on top, then add cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 12-15 minutes.
