Pistachio Sheerkurma Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup of vermicelli noodles
4 cups of whole milk
3 tablespoons of ghee
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of pistachios, finely chopped
⅓ cup of almonds, sliced
1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
½ cup of raisins
½ cup of dates, chopped

Method
1. Heat the ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add the vermicelli noodles and roast them until golden brown, stirring continuously.
2. Pour in the whole milk and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Stir in the sugar, cardamom powder, raisins, and dates. Allow it to cook for another 5 minutes, mixing well.
4. Add the pistachios and almonds, then cook for an additional 5 minutes. Ensure everything is combined nicely.
5. Serve hot or chilled, garnished with extra nuts if you like.
