Delicious Pistachio-Filled Chocolate Bars Recipe For Sweet Lovers

Ingredients

200 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
120 g pistachios, shelled and chopped
90 g condensed milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup crushed digestive biscuits
Pinch of salt
Extra pistachios for topping

Method

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
Add condensed milk and vanilla extract to the melted mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
In another bowl, combine crushed digestive biscuits, icing sugar, chopped pistachios, and a pinch of salt.
Fold the dry mixture into the chocolate mixture until everything is evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray. Top with extra pistachios and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
