Pigs Feet
Ingredients
4 pigs feet
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 cup of vinegar
4 cups of water
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
Method
Start by washing the pigs feet thoroughly.
Put them in a large pot and add the water, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Next, add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery to the pot.
Bring everything to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours.
Once cooked, season with paprika and serve warm.
