Delicious Pico De Gallo Shrimp And Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 250 ml cooked shrimp, peeled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, deseeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Begin by washing all the vegetables. Cut the cherry tomatoes and the red onion.
  2. In a big bowl, combine the diced avocado, shrimp, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  3. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to mix everything without squishing the avocado.
  4. Chill the salad in the fridge for about 10 minutes to let the flavors blend.
