Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 250 ml cooked shrimp, peeled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, deseeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Method
- Begin by washing all the vegetables. Cut the cherry tomatoes and the red onion.
- In a big bowl, combine the diced avocado, shrimp, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to mix everything without squishing the avocado.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for about 10 minutes to let the flavors blend.
- Serve fresh and enjoy!
