Method

1. Start by cooking the gnocchi according to package instructions. They are ready when they float to the surface of boiling water.
2. While the gnocchi cooks, prepare the pesto. Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Blend until finely chopped.
3. Gradually add olive oil while the food processor runs until the mixture is smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
