Ingredients
2 ripe pears, sliced
4 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup walnuts, chopped
150 g feta cheese, crumbled
80 ml olive oil
30 ml balsamic vinegar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon honey
Fresh herbs, optional
Method
Start by preparing the salad greens and placing them in a large bowl.
Slice the pears and add them on top of the greens.
Sprinkle the walnuts and feta cheese over the salad.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
