Ingredients
– 1 cup smooth peanut butter
– 1/3 cup honey
– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts (or seeds)
– 1/4 cup dried fruits (optional)
– 1/4 cup milk
Method
1. Gather all the ingredients and a large mixing bowl.
2. Combine peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in the bowl. Stir well until everything is mixed together.
3. Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and dried fruits if using. Mix until evenly distributed.
4. Pour in milk gradually and blend until the mixture is moist but not too sticky.
5. Shape the mixture into balls or press into a lined tray. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
