Method
1. Start by mixing the rolled oats, protein powder, and salt in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and water. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips and nuts.
4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into an even layer.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before cutting into bars.
