Ingredients

– 1/2 cup icing sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup chocolate chips
– Pinch of salt
Method
1. Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, icing sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are blended together smoothly.
3. Stir in chocolate chips and a pinch of salt.
4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
5. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
