– 1 cup puffed rice
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is blended.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips, chopped nuts, puffed rice, and salt. Make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Press the mixture into the lined baking dish firmly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, then allow it to cool completely before cutting into bars.
