Peach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
– 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
– 4 cups arugula or spinach
– ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
– ¼ cup slivered almonds
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
– Salt to taste
– Black pepper to taste
– Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish
Method
1. Start by washing the peaches and cutting them into slices.
2. Place the arugula or spinach in a large bowl.
3. Add the sliced peaches, feta cheese, and slivered almonds to the bowl.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together.
