Ingredients
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 1 cup broccoli florets

– 750 ml vegetable broth

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and translucent.
3. Add the broccoli and frozen peas to the pot, stirring for a couple of minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes.
5. Blend the soup until smooth. Return it to the pot, mix in milk, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
