Ingredients
– 2 cups frozen peas
– 2 cups broccoli florets

– 1.5 liters water
– 1/2 cup cream
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Mix in frozen peas, stock powder, salt, pepper, and water. Bring to a boil.
5. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Blend the soup until smooth, then add cream before serving.
