Ingredients
– 200 g egg noodles
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 large eggs
– 60 ml sour cream
– 60 ml chicken broth
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– Fresh herbs for garnish
Method
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the sour cream, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper.
4. Combine the cooked noodles with the egg mixture and sauté everything in the pan for about 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
