Ingredients
– 250g egg noodles
– 4 large eggs
– 250ml sour cream
– 250ml cottage cheese
– 1 medium onion, diced
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 cup grated cheese
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Boil the egg noodles as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.
3. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the diced onion until it becomes soft.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, cooked noodles, sautéed onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
