Delicious Parsi Salli Boti Recipe: Tender Meat With Crunchy Fries

Ingredients

– 500 g diced lamb
– 1 cup sliced onions
– 2 cups chopped tomatoes
– 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– 1 cup water
– 200 g potato sticks
– 2 tbsp oil

Method

1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Next, add the diced lamb and cook until browned.
3. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
4. Pour in the water and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the garam masala in the last 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot, topped with crispy potato sticks.
