Ingredients
500 g lamb, diced
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, sliced
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 cups water
Salt, to taste
100 g potato sticks (fried)
Fresh coriander, chopped
Method
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced onion and fry until golden brown.
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for one minute. Then add lamb pieces and cook until browned.
Mix in red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Pour in the water and bring everything to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let the dish simmer for about one hour until the meat is tender.
Serve hot, topped with fried potato sticks and fresh coriander.
