Method
Start by preparing the papaya. Peel the fruit and chop it into small pieces.
Next, chop the parsley and set it aside for later.
In a large bowl, combine the papaya, parsley, and feta cheese.
Pour in the olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Season this mixture with salt and pepper to your taste.
Lastly, sprinkle the nuts on top to add some crunch. Toss everything gently before serving.
