Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe papaya, peeled and diced

- Optional: 1 avocado, diced
Method
- Start by preparing the papaya. Peel it, remove the seeds, and cut it into small dice.
- Next, chop the parsley and put it into a large bowl with the papaya.
- Now, add crumbled feta cheese to the bowl. If using avocado, add it here as well.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything gently to combine. Serve immediately or chill for later.
