Ingredients
350 ml milk
2 large eggs
100 g melted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Start by whisking the milk and eggs together in a bowl.
Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly before adding it to the mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in the batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
