Method
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried herbs.
Place fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
Drizzle with lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges and vegetables if desired.
