– 4 salmon fillets (about 150g each)

– ½ cup vegetable broth or water

Method

1. Start by seasoning the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes without moving them until the skin is crispy.
