Ingredients
400 g canned beans
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped
Fresh herbs for garnish
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cooked beans, then fry for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper into the pan.
Stir everything together well and cook for another 3 minutes.
Finish by adding lemon juice and topping with chopped green onions and herbs.
