Ingredients

– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– 1 green chili, chopped
– 1 tsp mustard seeds
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 2 tbsp oil
– Salt, to taste
– 2 cups water
– 1 lemon, juiced
Method
1. Start by washing the spinach thoroughly under running water.
2. Chop the onion, tomatoes, and green chili into small pieces.
3. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat, then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
4. Once the seeds crackle, add the chopped onion and green chili. Sauté until the onion is soft.
5. Add the tomatoes, spinach, salt, and water. Cook until the spinach wilts. Finally, stir in lemon juice and mix well.
