Ingredients
– 250 g spinach leaves

– 1-2 green chilies, slit
– 1 tsp mustard seeds
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1 lemon, juiced
Method
1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them finely.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them pop.
3. Next, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
5. Finally, mix in the spinach, salt, and cook until the leaves wilt. Add lemon juice before serving.
