Method
1. Start by heating the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes soft.
3. Mix in the pork belly pieces and cook until they start to brown.
4. Pour in the vinegar, water, soy sauce, bay leaves, and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the pork is tender. Adjust the salt if needed.
