Ingredients
– 250 g of crushed Oreo biscuits
– 100 g of cream cheese
– 200 g of melted chocolate
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract
– Sprinkle of cocoa powder or crushed biscuits for decoration
– Optional: Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips for extra topping
Method
1. Begin by crushing the Oreo biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or a ziplock bag with a rolling pin.
2. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Scoop the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in size, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place them back on the tray and sprinkle with cocoa powder or any desired toppings.
