Orange Flavor Chocolate
Ingredients
150 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
100 ml double cream
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
A pinch of salt
Cocoa powder for dusting
Chocolate shavings for garnish
Method
1. Chop the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the double cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute. Stir until smooth.
4. Mix in the orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract, butter, and salt until fully combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a lined tray and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm. Dust with cocoa powder and top with chocolate shavings before serving.
