Ingredients
- 125 g unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Zest of 1 orange
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well to combine.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients.
- Stir in the cranberries, white chocolate chips, and orange zest until evenly distributed. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared tray and bake for 10–12 minutes.
