Ingredients
– 2 cups of whole wheat flour
– 1 cup of warm water
– 1 teaspoon of instant yeast
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 cup of tomato sauce
– 1 cup of grated cheese
– 1 cup of chopped capsicum (red, yellow, and green)
– 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. In a bowl, mix warm water with yeast and let it sit for five minutes.
2. Gradually add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until it forms a dough.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about five minutes, then place it in a greased bowl and cover for an hour.
4. Preheat your oven to 220°C. Roll out the dough on a baking tray. Spread tomato sauce on top and sprinkle cheese evenly.
5. Top with chopped capsicum and Italian seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
