Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast, diced
– 250g mushrooms, sliced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 300ml chicken broth
– 200ml cream
– 300g pasta of your choice
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened.
2. Stir in garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are browned.
3. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour in chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
5. Once pasta is done, reduce heat and mix in the cream. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
