Ingredients
– 500g okra, chopped

– 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– 1 teaspoon ginger paste
– 1 teaspoon garlic paste
– ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
Method
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, then cook until they start popping.
3. Stir in the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
4. Mix in ginger and garlic pastes, followed by the chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes soften.
5. Add okra, turmeric, and garam masala. Stir well and cook until the okra is tender.
