Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
3. Pour in the olive oil, water, and honey. Stir until the mixture forms a dough. If using, add garlic and onion powder now.
4. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface until it is thin. Cut into crackers using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter.
5. Place the crackers on the baking sheet. Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
