Method
1. Combine oat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet and cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden brown.
