Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup mixed nuts, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • Water as needed

Method

  1. Combine boiled potatoes with chopped nuts, cumin seeds, coriander, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and form a smooth filling.
  3. In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour with water to create a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each into a small circle.
