“Delicious Nutty Aloo Paratha Recipe: A Healthy Indian Delight”

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes, mashed
  • ½ cup mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Water, as needed for dough
  • Oil, for cooking
  • Butter, for serving

Method

  1. Combine whole wheat flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes, chopped nuts, cumin seeds, garam masala, and coriander in another bowl. Prepare small balls from this filling.
  3. Take a little dough and flatten it into a small disk. Place a filling ball in the center and fold the dough over it, sealing it well.
  4. Roll the stuffed dough into a thin circle using rolling pin. Repeat the process for remaining dough and filling.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Cook each paratha on both sides until golden. Serve hot with butter on top.
