Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Stir well until everything is mixed.
5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
