Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla together until well blended.
4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
