Ingredients
– 150 ml sparkling wine
– 75 ml sweet vermouth
– 75 ml bitter liqueur
– Orange slice for garnish
Method
1. Get a large glass and fill it with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the sweet vermouth and the bitter liqueur.
3. Add the sparkling wine slowly to keep the bubbles.
4. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients.
5. Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim.
