Ingredients

Method
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until it is slightly golden.
3. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
4. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens, then add the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
