Ingredients
– 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
– 100 ml mustard
– 60 ml honey
– 30 ml soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic (minced)
– 15 ml olive oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix mustard, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
3. Coat the chicken thighs with the mustard mixture, making sure they are fully covered.
4. Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
