Ingredients
– 500 g mushrooms, chopped
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup vegetable broth
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 teaspoons dried thyme
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– 1 sheet puff pastry
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are browned and moisture has evaporated.
4. Stir in the vegetable broth, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper, then simmer for a few minutes.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Cover it with puff pastry and cut a few slits on top. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
