– 300 g mushrooms, sliced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 cup grated cheese
– Fresh thyme, to taste

Method

1. Start by mixing the flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Add the cold butter and use your fingers to combine until it looks like crumbs.
3. Slowly mix in the cold water until a dough forms. Wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
4. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, then add the mushrooms and cook until browned.
5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, then place on a baking tray. Add the mushroom mixture and cheese, fold edges of the dough, and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
